Becoming an OHA member provides numerous membership benefits including our newsletter, discounts on events, and enabling us to work on your behalf to support historic preservation in Oakland.

OHA has delivered educational programs, informative tours, and advocacy supporting the protection of historic resources in Oakland for more than 30 years, but membership dues only cover a portion of our operating budget. To continue providing quality programs and services, we need your help!
Along with check and online donations, we are accepting stock donations via Fidelity Investments and Donate Stock. For Fidelity donations, please call or email us.
Volunteer
We love volunteers and would not be able to continue to offer our fantastic programs without them! Volunteers are especially needed to help with our summer Walking Tours. If you volunteer for an event or tour, you get to attend the event for free.
