Camron-Stanford House: An 1876 Italianate house on Lake Merritt, 1418 Lakeside Drive.
Chapel of the Chimes: Oakland Landmark, Mausoleum and Columbarium, 4499 Piedmont Ave.
Cohen-Bray House: An 1884 Stick Eastlake with original interiors. 1440 29th Street.
Dunsmuir House & Gardens: Neo-classical Revival mansion, 2960 Peralta Oaks Court.
Mountain View Cemetery: Designed in 1863 by Frederick Law Olmstead, offering tours. 5000 Piedmont Ave.
Paramount Theatre: A restored Art Deco movie palace, offering tours. 2025 Broadway.
Pardee Home Museum: An Oakland Landmark and listed on the National Register, 672 Eleventh Street.
Peralta House Museum of History and Community: Antonio Peralta’s 1870 Italianate
Victorian house is located at the original headquarters of the 1820 Peralta land grant, which spanned 7 modern day cities.
The building is a city and state landmark and is on the National Register of Historic Places and the National Parks Anza Trail.
The Museum chronicles the native Ohlone inhabitants, Peralta family and today’s diverse Oakland community through five-senses
exhibits and interactive tours. Located at 2465 34th Avenue.
Preservation Park: an enclave of historic buildings, comprised of five in their
original location, and eleven that were moved to the site and saved from demolition. The buildings date from 1870 to 1911.
Currently a center for non-profit organizations and small businesses. Available for meetings, performances, and festivities.
1233 Preservation Parkway, between 12th and 13th.
